The challenge

The lack of supply of carbon credits at a particular level, so that not only organizations and businesses but also individuals can achieve net 0. Lack of incentive for large land owners to preserve their properties, which are rich in biodiversity, ecosystem services and forests.

The solution

The solution we are proposing is creating a marketplace for carbon credits. Our main aim is creating this market for individuals, so that people can buy carbon credits in smaller quantities than what the current market offers, which is a compliance market. However, organizations are not excluded from our value proposition. Additionally, we aim to generate the carbon credits supply by certifying land owned by people in developing countries where forests are abundant. By certifying both large and small properties we aim to create a new revenue stream for the population of these countries.
