The need of companies, in particular fast growing star-ups and scale-ups, to find the right employees for their growing company needs.

The solution

With Yoo I aim to find the right person for the job by simply using the recruitment function of LinkedIn and sending out mesages about a new business opputunity to competent candidates and link them to the company that is seeking employees. Yoo works on a no cure no pay basis so that companies will have a low threshold to agree to work with us, they have nothing to lose by agreeing for Yoo to aquire talent. And since talent aquisition is something that is often expensive to outsource and found boring and time consuming by HR I believe that with Yoo I can fill this gap. Also usig my University connections to find candidates for start-ups and scale-ups.
