The challenge

The process of finding a job is hard, time-consuming, and lengthy. Not getting a new job or interview is the main problem for my target audience.

The solution

Creating a platform for job seekers so they can manage all their applications, get reminders to follow up, and write notes for each job. The platform is designed to get the RIGHT information from asking the RIGHT questions—the process that resume writers in NYC use but in AI format. It will write a base resume that truly shows them. When a user wants to add an application, they just enter the job description and the website writes a customized resume and cover letter. This ensures to passing of the ATS test (a robot test that matches keywords and rejects candidates before anyone sees them). The next steps for job seekers will be adding the ability to get interview tips and virtual interviews. The next step for companies will be the ability to advertise jobs, get candidates' information, rank them based on their resumes, give AI insights about each candidate in short, and send automatic and personalized rejecting or accepting emails. Overall an easy-to-use AI-powered process that saves recruiters time. After having a good user base I will add the ability to match jobs to candidates automatically
